CanWIT’s National eMentorship Program

Funded by Status of Women Canada, the CanWIT eMentorship Program is an online community where we work to pair ambitious students and professionals with compatible leaders and executives in the tech industry. Mentors and role models are often critical to a woman’s decision to enter the technology sector. A mentor's input and guidance can help build the necessary skills and confidence a young woman needs to advance in her career.

Who should attend?

Mentees and mentors already using the platform, technology professionals (including both entry – senior level employees), and students in technology or technology-related programs

About CanWIT, a Division of CATAAlliance

CanWIT is a national volunteer organization that encourages young women to consider a career in a technology field and helps accelerate the careers of women already in the field. We provide knowledge and support through various programs, that include our mentorship initiatives, networking events, professional development and advocacy. CanWIT offers both national and local events to promote networking and education among women in technology.
