Request for pro-bono marketing services

CanWIT is looking for assistance with creative services-ideally from a full service agency for the 2014 year.

About Canadian Women in Technology (CanWIT)

CanWIT, a Division of CATAAlliance, is a Canadian organization that strives to attract, develop, and retain women within Canada’s advanced technology sector. CanWIT provides a National forum of support for women in tech, National and Regional events and programming focused on professional development, mentorship, networking, advocacy, and entrepreneurship. CanWIT, through its partnerships with organizations such as Springboard Enterprises, Maple Leaf Angels, Gemini Performance Solutions, and i-CANADA, offers the premier platform for entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts to support and help grow women-led businesses. Responsibilities (some/all of the items below)
Typically monthly ToDo list with possible ad hoc requests.

• Print creative such as postcards, booth/banner creative, business cards etc.
• Print production liaise with our printer as needed (typically quarterly)
• Web creative (Joomla)
• Creative elements & programming (content updates could be done in house if needed)
• Project management of marketing elements along with our Communications team and p/t marketing staff member

As a creative agency or consultant you bring the following expertise;

• Breadth of expertise in multiple marketing areas (print, interactive, communications)
• Ability to complete all projects virtually
• Dedicated team member for CanWIT needs previous experience working pro-bono on a national non-profit is ideal
• Agency with female ownership/senior leadership will receive extra consideration
