Alison James, Vice-President, Infrastructure Client Services, CIBC

Alison is an executive at CIBC where she holds the role of Vice-President, Infrastructure Client Services. She is accountable for operating, supporting and enhancing all end-user technology services. In addition, she sponsors and oversees transformation initiatives focused on enhancing client satisfaction and improving operational excellence.

Alison is counting over 19 years experience in retail banking, consulting and IT. She previously worked at Canadian Tire and TD Canada Trust among other companies.

Alison’s history of volunteer activities has included time at the Design Exchange in Toronto, Women’s Community House in London, ON, and the Sexual Assault Support Centre of Waterloo Region.

She holds a BA in Women’s Studies & Sociology from Brock University and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.

She lives in Toronto with her husband, son and step-daughter.
