Kelly Hagen, Asset Planning Director, Ameresco

Kelly is an entrepreneurial-thinking executive who thrives on moving new initiatives forward to create real value. She has more than 15 years of experience growing new ventures and initiatives. Kelly identifies strategy based on customer needs, defines action and leverage points for the greatest impact, marshals the required resources, and communicates with stakeholders to ensure support. She was the founder and Chief Operating Officer of Decyde Inc. a cutting edge startup that builds software for automating business judgment calls. Previously she was the VP of Operations at Zerofootprint where she led a wide range of functions for a carbon management software startup, including marketing, research, client services, product definition/delivery, HR, and administration. She also led InQuent Technologies, a wholesale webhosting company, with clients like Bell Canada and Cox Communications. Kelly brought the company through the dot-com downturn to a successful sale to Network Solutions in 2005. She held numerous positions at AT&T, acting as Finance lead for $100m+ data strategy initiatives, including the rollout of DSL and new commercial data center services. She began her career at CS First Boston on the Technology Equity Research team. She holds an MBA from Stanford and a BS in Mathematics from Tufts University.
