Shelley Simpson McKay, Senior Consultant / Owner of Prisma Management Consulting

Currently Senior Consultant / Owner of Prisma Management Consulting, Shelley works with businesses and organizations to develop their model for innovative growth.

With more than 25 years’ experience in management and business development, she brings a diverse background across a variety of industries. Past experience include; Director of the Centre for Women in Business at Mount Saint Vincent University and Partner in Adhpro Adhesives Maritimes Inc, a family owned industrial manufacturing firm. Shelley holds a bachelor of commerce degree with a concentration in management from Dalhousie University and a certificate in international trade and applied creative problem solving.

Her passions are innovation & leadership, exploring new ideas and working collaboratively to bring them to reality. Her leadership skills, allow her to work comfortably with multiple stakeholders, identifying needs and developing strategies. While her financial management background, provide her with the skills to support clients in the implementation of realistic solutions that meet their business objectives.
