Victoria Withers, Director, CIRA - Canadian Internet Registration Authority

Victoria Withers has held technical, management, and executive positions with IBM Canada. In the community, she was a Cabinet member with the United Way of the Lower Mainland, a guide leader with the Girl Guides, and a volunteer with Canadian Diabetes, Kelty Dennehy Foundation, and the Kidney Foundation. In addition, Ms. Withers has served as a Director with the Vancouver Board of Trade, a Director with QHR Technologies and a Director and Vice Chair with the TELUS World of Science. She is currently a Director with the Canadian Internet Registration Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and VGH & UBC Foundation. Victoria holds her Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. Ms. Withers has completed courses at Wharton School of Business for Leading Organizational Change and with Boston University for Global Economic Business Management.
