Dalhousie University’s Women in Technology Society (DalWiTS) and the Atlantic Chapter of Canadian Women in Technology (CanWIT) are pleased to co-present a Girls Talk Tech session on March 28th, featuring Julia Rivard, co-Owner of the Norex.com Group of Companies, Adrien Adler, Senior Consultant for The Barrington Consulting Group Inc., and Dr. Carolyn Watters of the Faculty of Computer Science at Dalhousie University. The theme for the evening will be "Strength Finding – Guiding Your Personal Brand.” Gallup research on "strengths" indicates that individuals who focus on their strengths are more successful and satisfied in their careers than those who try to improve upon their weaknesses. Those activities that make you "strong" are ones that you are naturally talented at and where you are most creative, innovative, and productive. Creating and articulating a Personal Brand based on your natural talents brings success with more ease.
