As an experienced professional in technology, your insights, knowledge, and networks are extremely valuable to young women entering the field. The CanWIT eMentorship Program provides an online community where experienced professionals can connect with newer professionals, to help them accelerate their careers. 

Eager to get involved? Register as a mentor and join our online community. By joining the community you can have a positive effect on young women entering your industry in three easy ways:

• Individual Mentorship: Individual Mentorship is a year-long commitment where we will connect you with one or more mentees - the number of mentees is up to you! Your relationship will consist of weekly emails, and monthly phone calls, and have the ultimate goal of supporting and challenging your mentees to reach their career goals.
• Subject Mentorship: Are you an expert on a specific skill, or trade? Perhaps you're a resume whiz, or an expert in programming. We're looking for experts to join our online community, and start group discussions, post opinions, or host webinars, about the topics that you excel at! How and how often you get involved is up to you, but we need your expertise!
• Community Mentorship: Get involved in your own way, at your own pace. Share your favourite articles or insights with the community. Answer questions posted by mentees. Take part in group discussions or webinars. A little advice goes a long way!
