CanWIT eMentorship Program

In partnership with Status of Women Canada, CanWIT presents the CanWIT eMentorship Program: an online community where we work to pair ambitious students and professionals with compatible leaders and executives in the tech industry, for a year-long individual mentorship.

What should I expect?
After you register for the CanWIT eMentorship Program, you'll have the chance to browse through our existing members and reach out to members with similar career interests and skills. Fill out your profile so we can help you find a mentorship match and suggest resources that you might be interested in!

The CanWIT eMentorship program provides a supportive online community of tech professionals from across Canada! Members are encouraged to reach out, ask questions, share, and ultimately find a mentor or mentee for a year-long individual mentorship.

What is Individual Mentorship?
Individual mentorship is a year-long relationship with a mentor that consists of weekly emails and monthly phone calls. Your mentor can provide advice and insight on your career challenges, and suggest projects or tasks that will help you advance in your career.
